Hanhan provides AI development services, including but not limited to:

• Custom AI model development and implementation
• Machine learning and data analytics solutions
• Technical consulting and strategy services
• Training and support services

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use our services
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose or to solicit unlawful activity
• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Hanhan LLC and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Client Work Product

Upon full payment, clients retain ownership rights to custom developed solutions, subject to our retained rights in:

• Pre-existing intellectual property and methodologies
• General knowledge and experience gained during projects
• Open-source components and third-party libraries

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of our services, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue services with reasonable notice
• Perform maintenance that may temporarily affect service availability
• Suspend services in case of security threats or technical issues

7. Payment and Refunds

Payment Terms

• Payment is due according to the terms specified in your service agreement
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified
• We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice

Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. Custom development projects are subject to milestone-based payment terms as outlined in individual project agreements.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Hanhan LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimers

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we make no representations or warranties about the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of any content.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hanhan LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or in connection with:

• Your use of our services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Any content you submit or transmit through our services

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Termination will not relieve you of any obligations to pay accrued fees or charges.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of Japan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tokyo, Japan.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our services after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
